If you've got a large room, buying the smallest stove fan you can find doesn't make much sense.
The Valiant Vanquish 250 Heat Powered Stove Fan sits at the other end of the scale.
At 250mm high and 230mm wide, it's the tallest fan in Valiant's range and is specifically designed to provide the increased airflow that can be useful in larger living spaces.

Bigger Fan. More Airflow.
The Vanquish 250 isn't trying to be the smallest fan on top of your stove.
Its larger frame is deliberate.
The 250mm height and 230mm blade width allow the fan to use larger, aerodynamically designed blades to move more warm air away from the stove.
That makes it particularly attractive for larger rooms, open living areas and spaces where a compact fan may not provide the airflow you're looking for.
Up to 90% Greater Airflow
Valiant rates the Vanquish 250 as delivering up to 90% greater airflow compared with competitor stove fans.
That's a substantial claim, and it's the main reason to choose this model over a smaller unit.
You're buying it because airflow is the priority.
It Powers Itself
Despite the increased size, there's still nothing to plug in.
The fan uses heat from the stove to generate the electricity needed to run its motor.
As the blades rotate, they help move the warm air concentrated around the stove further out into your living space.
It doesn't manufacture extra heat.
It helps redistribute the heat you're already paying to produce.
That's a much better way of explaining the benefit than pretending a fan somehow magically makes your stove generate more energy.
Quiet Operation
A fan that moves plenty of air but drives you mad with noise isn't much of an upgrade.
The Vanquish 250 uses a cool-running motor designed for quiet operation, allowing it to work in the background while you're actually trying to enjoy the room.
Specifications
- Height Including Blade: 250mm
- Width Including Blade: 230mm
- Base Plate Width: 140mm
- Base Plate Depth: 76mm

Which Stove Fan Should You Choose?
If you have limited clearance above your stove, one of the smaller Valiant models may be the more sensible option.
But if you have:
- A larger living room
- Plenty of clearance above the stove
- An open-plan space
- A need for greater airflow
- A larger wood-burning stove
...then the Vanquish 250 is the stronger choice.
It's not compact for the sake of being compact. It's designed to move more air.
For larger rooms where airflow matters, choose the Valiant Vanquish 250 Heat Powered Stove Fan from Armstrong Country Store.
