Bulk firewood, logs, kindling and charcoal: free delivery to the UK and Republic of Ireland on all orders.
Garden and lawn care products: £9.99 delivery to the UK, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man.
If your order includes items from more than one of these categories, the delivery charge for each applies.
Delivery times
- UK standard delivery: 3–5 days (Monday to Saturday)
- Republic of Ireland: 2–11 working days
- Isle of Man: 3–17 working days
- Pallet and bulk bag firewood: within 7 working days
Security checks and cut-off time
Orders are despatched as soon as possible. Orders that pass payment verification before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched the same working day, subject to product availability. Orders after 12pm, or at weekends or on public holidays, are despatched the next working day. Payment verification usually takes 1–2 hours, but can occasionally take longer, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Pallet and bulk deliveries
Bulk and pallet firewood is delivered kerbside by HGV with a tail lift. Please make sure there is access for a 30ft vehicle.
Carriers
We use third-party haulage companies for all deliveries. While we work with reputable carriers, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to property, including driveways, during the delivery process. Any claims regarding such damage should be directed to the haulage company, as they are covered under their own insurance policies.
