Bulk firewood is delivered on a pallet, so suitable vehicle access and a suitable surface at your property are important.
Your pallet is unloaded using a tail lift and moved using a manual pallet truck. A flat, hard surface such as concrete, tarmac or suitable stone provides the best conditions for positioning your delivery.
Loaded pallet trucks cannot normally travel across grass, gravel, steep inclines or unsuitable uneven surfaces.
Drivers will try to position your pallet in a convenient suitable location where access and conditions allow.
