The pallet is moved using a manual pallet truck, so a flat, hard surface such as concrete, tarmac or suitable stone is best for positioning your delivery.
Pallet trucks cannot normally move a loaded firewood pallet across grass, gravel, steep inclines or unsuitable uneven surfaces.
Drivers will try to position the pallet in a convenient suitable location where access and conditions allow.
