Bulk firewood orders are delivered on a pallet using a tail-lift delivery vehicle.
The pallet is moved using a manual pallet truck, so a flat, hard surface such as concrete, tarmac or suitable stone provides the best conditions for positioning your delivery.
Loaded pallet trucks cannot normally move across grass, gravel, steep inclines or unsuitable uneven surfaces.
Drivers will try to position your pallet in a convenient suitable location where access and conditions allow.
