Your Firewood Delivery
Bulk firewood orders are delivered on a pallet using a tail-lift delivery vehicle.
The pallet is moved using a manual pallet truck, so a flat, hard surface such as concrete, tarmac or suitable stone is best for positioning your delivery.
Loaded pallet trucks cannot normally be moved across grass, gravel, steep inclines or unsuitable uneven surfaces. Your current delivery terms also advise customers with restricted vehicle access to contact you before ordering.
Drivers will try to position the pallet in a convenient suitable location where access and conditions allow.
